Welcome to Evergreen Inn & RV. We aim to ensure a safe, clean, and comfortable stay for all guests. By making a reservation or checking in, you agree to abide by the following policies:

• Check-in: 1:00 PM | Check-out: 11:00 AM

Early check-in and late check-out may be available upon request and subject to availability and additional fees.

• Front Desk Hours: 8:00 AM – 9:00 PM;

For late arrivals, please contact us in advance to arrange check-in.

• Payment: Full payment is required at check-in. We accept all major credit cards and cash. A valid photo ID is required for all guests at check-in.
• Smoking Policy: All rooms are non-smoking. A cleaning fee of $250 will be charged for violations.
• Damage or Theft: Guests are responsible for any damage or loss caused during their stay. Charges may be applied accordingly.
• Housekeeping: Daily housekeeping is available upon request. Towels and linens are changed every 3rd day for long stays.

🐾 Pet Policy

We welcome pets at Evergreen Inn & RV with open arms!

• Pet Fee: $10 per pet, per night (non-refundable).
• Limit: Maximum of 2 pets per room.
• Size Restriction: Pets must be under 50 lbs.
• Leash Policy: All pets must be leashed when outside the room.
• Crate Policy: Pets should not be left unattended in the room unless crated.
• Clean-Up: Guests must clean up after their pets. Waste bags are available upon request.
• Noise: Excessive barking or aggressive behavior may result in early departure without a refund.

Note: Service animals are always welcome at no additional charge.

Cancellation Policy

We understand that plans may change. Our cancellation policy is as follows:

• For standard reservations:
• Free cancellation up to 24 hours prior to the check-in date.
• Cancellations made less than 24 hours in advance will incur a one-night stay charge.

• No-shows:
• Failure to cancel or show up will result in the full first night's rate being charged.

• For group or extended stay bookings:
• A 48-hour notice is required for cancellation. Please call us directly for assistance.
